My recent stay at Hotel Sonno Caliza Tulum was truly a delightful experience! We were initially booked for Caliza Hotel but were pleasantly surprised when we were placed at the sister hotel, Cielieto, without any inconvenience. the communication from the staff was exceptional; They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort during the transition. The room at Cielieto was beautifully decorated, embodying the essence of a boutique hotel perfectly. We were thrilled to find ourselves on the top floor, complete with a charming rooftop pool right next to our room. The location of the hotel was ideal for us, just a short distance from the bustling tourist streets, allowing us to enjoy a more authentic local experience while still being within walking distance of all the shopping and dining options. We made great use of the convenient facilities around, including the bike rentals, and the close proximity to the ADO bus station made exploring the area a breeze. Hotel Sonno Caliza Tulum offers free WiFi, express check-in, and concierge services, making our stay even more convenient. the room featured a cozy balcony with a city view, a lovely spot to unwind after a day of exploring. the meticulous attention to detail, from the comfortable bed to the well-equipped kitchenette, truly impressed us. I highly recommend this eco-friendly retreat for travelers seeking a harmonious blend of comfort, convenience, and sustainable practices in the heart of Tulum.
